  • A full unboxing video is required as proof in case of any damage, defect, or wrong item.

  • Without video proof, we may not be able to accept your return request.

2. Return Period

  • Some products have a 15-day return policy, while others offer up to 30 days.

3. Accepted Reasons for Return

  • Damaged or defective item received.

  • Wrong item sent.

  • Product not as described (with valid proof).

4. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  • Contact us via WhatsApp or email within the return period.

  • Provide your order number, reason for return, and the unboxing video.

  • Our team will review and arrange a free pickup for the item.

5. Refunds & Replacements

  • Once your return is approved and the product inspected, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method.

  • You may also choose a replacement instead of a refund.

  • Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Non-returnable Items

  • Products that have been used or damaged by the customer.

  • Items without original packaging or proof of purchase.

  • Any product not accompanied by a valid unboxing video.
